I’m currently looking for the gasket as mentioned in the title, but all the gaskets I see online are for the 4.2 engines.
My question to you all is, are the 4.0 and 4.2 S/C Outlet Gaskets the same?
If they are not, where are places to source the 4.0 version?

DUCT SEAL AJ81446 has been superseded to Charge air cooler inlet ducts AJ86925.
The 4.2 outlet (sedan) is a different one-piece oval seal.(AJ86892)
The 4.2 XKR still uses the same seals. (4.2 and 4.0)

The large square seal is not the DUCT SEAL I thought you were referencing.

The gasket NCC7735BA is for all EATON M112 SC equipped Jaguars from 1998 onward as far as I can tell.
I have never seen one 'wear-out' and can usually be reused a few times.(unless damaged)
