Well folks, I just realized I never came back and thanked everybody for their time.
I have the car all back together and purring like a kitten.
It is now matching the performance I expected when I got it.
I have done a number of things to it including:
Mina exhaust
Eurotek upper and lower pulleys
Eurotek ECU tuning
Eurotoys brake rotors and pads
Eurotoys water pump and low-temp thermostat
Denso Iridium sparkplugs

Still in the works:
Mina lowering springs
Eurotoys intercooler radiator and pump kit
Snow Performance Stage 3 Gasoline MPG MAX Boost Cooler

Looking forward to many years of loving this thing.
Thanks again for the help, this is a great resource and enjoyable community to be a part of.

I'm also debating doing the Eurotoys supercharger rebuild with intake porting, S-Port, and powdercoating.
Anybody done this whole kit and caboodle?
If so, what kind of results have you seen?

Did you put a 3lb pulley on your Super Charger? Was it stainless steel? I do not see a mention of a transmission service and rear diff service?fuel filter? You should find yourself a SC from 03 STR and above to put on your Jag IMO. IMO you need to get rid of your stock cat's. private message me so I can tell you where to find a 3.5" YES a 3.5' Intake from the TB to the fender...Congrats on unleashing your Cat.

It is the 3lb, it is not stainless.
I never did trans, diff, or fuel filter service.
How much work is involved in putting the newer supercharger on there?

My friend XJR-0220 on here has a SC from an 06STR memory serves me right??. he made it work and u would be better off speaking with him about it. His car isa demon though. he has done alot of stuff. he has proven mod's, I will report back on my 3.5" intake, down pipes and high flow cats he made me.. But IMO get your transmission serrvice squared away asap, fuel filter is a must, wait till u see how much dirt and sand is in your filter, you will change it every 6 months going forward and of course the rear diff needs to be changed. The stainless steel stays cooler than the aluminium pulleys..3lb stainless steel stays cooler and does not slip, i scored mine from England for $215.00 delivered...
