Taking the door panels off

Is there a link on how to take the door panels off on these? Mine is a 98 XJ8?
Also how about the stereo, does it require taking the whole center console off? I have a lot of static so either the radio is fried or the speakers and I was thinking about replacing them, as I see there are no aftermarket dash kit for an aftermarket radio.
Thanks

I don't know about the stereo, but the door panels are easy. Use a thin bladed screwdriver to pry the little round plug out of it's hole in the inside of the door latch piece, under that is a screw to remove. Then open the door latch slightly and pull the latch surround piece out. Then remove screw under arm rest which goes up diagonally into door. Then lift rear of veneer and slide it back to remove (w/VdP anyway). Then pop the holder clips around bottom perimeter holding door panel to door (be careful with these, some of mine were already broken or missing). Then lift door panel up over lock button. There is a plastic clip that will come off with door panel, take it off and put it on door so that when you replace the door panel it locates correctly. You will see wires that need to be removed, if need be. When I removed my door panel to get to theswitch pod, I just put paneldown on a clean rag and left them connected. Replacement is reverse, etc., etc.
Here are some photos from when I had my door panel off
