Good luck with this, someone will give you an answer and I can't wait to read it. I've seen it done in late model Pontiac TransAms. My husband is 6'3" and gets his legs in but looks a bit like 'gumby' trying to get the torso and head in. Once he is tucked in he says it is ok although the top of windshield is in his field of vision. At 5'6", it fits me perfect.

 

on a xj wud be easier.. but xk front seat is curved downward then bolted in on a angle.. but anything can be made,

 

I'm just shy of 6', and the seat is all the way back for me...poor husband of luvmyk9! I feel for him.
