Can anyone explain for me how the park switch is working here (motor is lower right in the diagram)? I see a constant ground to one of the motor brushes - that lead also appears to be switched through the park switch. What's driving me nuts is the other side of the switch is supplied constant 12V power on my harness, which doesn't make any sense to me. I'm trying to adapt a S3 XJ6 motor to this control system and am struggling with the park function. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

 

I believe the constant power is for it to complete its cycle when shutting off the vehicle while the wiper is in use.
