I was getting codes and restricted performance issues. I adjusted cable per TSB pertaining to such issue. I set using my Autologic Scanner. when set to bulletin, I only get 94-95% Throttle according to Throttle % on scan tool. Anyone had any experience with this? Is it a normal reading? or do I have a worn throttle cable?

Runs really well now.

 

It's probably the throttle position sensor causing the problem. I'm not sure if you can calibrate it, but try doing a search.
