transmission coolant lines, removal and installation
Hello all, I could use some assistance! I've been casually working on replacing the transmission in my XJ8, 2000 model, when time has allowed. When I removed the coolant lines from the transmission, both of the fittings were so badly damaged, I decided to replace both lines. Well, I got the old ones out, but did not take sufficient pictures. Now, as I try to reinstall the lines, I'm having issues routing them!
So my Questions are: are there any links that show the proper placement of the lines in diagram form? or could anyone that has pictures of their locations? My biggest concern is the routing of the one that goes over the top of the transmission, to the passenger side of the car. (American model) there is a freon line at the top, and I'm uncertain as to which side the hose goes. I'm worried I'll get it all in, transmission remounted, and then find I routed it wrong and I won't be able to thread it in!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
