Default Transmission line leak from rubbing PS line

Hi,

1999 XJ8, 135k miles.
I have had a leak that has become worse and worse over time. Looked under the car, and it was clearly coming from the power steering pressure line. So I ordered a new one, and replaced it. I read about having to move compressors etc to get a wrench on the pump end of the line. There is an easier way, a 16mm crowsfoot on the end of a 24 inch extension, come up from underneath and it is easy. So I replaced it and fired up the engine, no leaks at either end, but now there is a "new leak". It looks to be from the lower of the two transmission cooling lines, about where the PS pressure line crosses.I looked at the old line, and there is definitely rubbing on the plastic spiral sheath. I presume that this was dripping on the line before, now it is dripping straight down beside the pan.
My questions are:
Has anyone seen this before?
Is the lower line the return or feed to the cooler?
Does this mean that the motor mount has collapsed? Or is there something else going on here?

I will post pics of the leak in a minute.

it happens, too know if the motor mount is broken put in drive with you foot on the brake, hood open. If the engine comes up easily and too much it is bad. Replace both mounts. You need to buy the lines theyre sold in pairs only and a royal PIA to change. If youre doing the engine mounts and have the engine lifted it is much easier and what I do. Be forewarned I have only done on a lift and wouldn't even thing about on the ground under the car on jacks. I loosen the subframe bolts too to lower and gain more clearance
