I apologize if this has been talked about before, but a search produced no results, so here goes.

My sunroof works fine, but it opens and closes reallllllyyyyyy sllllooooowwwwwlllly! Is this normal or is there something I can do to speed it up?

Strap an Eaton M112 to the sunroof motor.

On another thought, I would suggest looking at
the motor (regulator), maybe the connectors are blocked
or encountering resistance.

Take off the panel with the homelink, sunglasses holder, etc,
and see if any problems are apparent.
