what is the difference in a SLM

I may need a SECURITY LOCKING MODULE , is there a difference between a LNC2600HE, and a LNC2600HB. I have noticed a significant price difference from some sellers on EBay

Check the VCATS label.

Sometimes a superseded part number works fine but the SUFFIX is important!!

the problem is I could not find the VCATS label . Looked on the component, and in the spare tire location as I have seen that suggested.
