Default Will an XJ8 donut fit an XJR?

Let's say front wheel. I know about the caliper spacing issues, but I need a new donut; what are my options? Searching this forum for "donut" doesn't come up with much.

Any help is appreciated!

The 'temporary spare wheel' is probably a better term to search.
It should work as long as the 5 on 4 3/4" hubs are on both cars.
Later cars use the FORD bolt pattern.

Both my XJ8L and VDP SC came with full size spares.

I did not think they made donuts...like the full size spare idea...

I would do the full size spare, but $400 for another asteroid rim is a bit much. I'm still not clear if 17" wheels will fit my 2000 XJR. I've seen a lot of posts, but I think there's some misinformation around the whole "fitting over the brake" issue.

This is a little off topic, but will a Series III's pepper-pot Magnesium wheels fit onto my XJ's bolt pattern? They are 15"s, and I have the ability to get a set as winter wheels. The brakes on my car are 12"s.

The car currently has 18" factory wheels on it.

Don't know anything about the website...but for a spare tire it should be good enough...
