Hi - I've just bought a 2000 VDP and need to buy the two outer rubber mouldings that fit around the front windows. Does anyone know of a supplier. I have checked jagbits and a couple of other parts places but cannot find them.

 

Can you post a pic of exactly which part you are looking for? Do you want new or used?

 

Sinister 1 - thanks for your response. I was inaccurate in my original request - apologies - it is the front outer window seal I am looking for. Hope the picture helps - I have arrowed the channel where the rubber seal fits. Regards

 

I guess my description of the part I am looking for should read door seal. The reason I used the term window seal is that the rubber seal only extends around the upper window part of of the door and is separate from the main door seal.

 

Do you prefer new or a good used part?

 

Preferably a new part.

 

If none of the supporting vendors have it, then all I can suggest is check with the closest Jag dealer.
