Hi Welcome to the forums!

What are your diagnostic capabilities? Can you measure LTFT/STFT?? If so, you can use deductive analysis to ID injector problems based on LTFT.

If you don't have these diagnostic capabilities, then we can go a more barbaric route if you're searching for one bad injector.

Tell me more about your car - MY? Then we'll get you over to the appropriate forum for more details.

All the Best,

Sorry I`m slow getting back, and thanks for being willing to help. I have a code p-303 So I exchanged coils, and put a new plug in for this # 3 cyl. Then the same code came up again, the check engine light is on and sometimes flashing . The car runs ok until you want quick acceleration. P.S. 2000 Jag xj8 (4.0)

well #3 is a grad of the university of california @berkly with a phd in physics. She loves dogs and runs 5 miles a day, she's an avid gun collector and sport shooter. She likes swimming in the ocean and surf boarding...she hopes to one day find a great man that she can have 1.2 kids with and dreams of living in a hilltop ranch house overlooking the ocean....

Ha, ha - I can tell you must have missed going to "Berkly". I missed Berkly too.

Delivery Guy - just trying to make sure you have the correct #3 cylinder. I'm going to get killed for working on tech problems in the new member area....
