Welcome to the forum Bkaayyy.

These engines have chains, if you're looking at buying a car then be sure that the chain tensioners have been replaced.

The whole job from start to finish cost me a little less then $2000. That includes all fluids (oil, coolant, and Freon), trans I was able to save. Head gasket kit, complete seal kit, upper gasket kit, new water pump, plugs, primary and secondary tensioners, chains, and guides, and sent the heads out to be cleaned and shaved. Oh I also did the work myself so that's all just parts and machine work.
