ZF5HP24 Learned something new
As I have my trans out, ZF5HP24 1999 XJ8, I decided to change the front seal, tc seal, I found it had a snapring in front of the seal. I have seen many transmissions and this is the first I have seen with this feature. Only a German would do this. Makes me wonder why?
