'94 Souvereign key locks driver door but won't unlock it

The door lock is either worn or someone replaced it and you don't have the correct key.
Any TIBBE key will LOCK but the correct key is needed to UNLOCK.
You can read the key code through the slot in the lock assy (See FIG 6 in the TSB 76-64) so you could compare the right and left as well as reading the key itself.
I tried to attach the TSB but it is 2.8MB and it did not upload

The reason it is so large is that I created it with ADOBE 4.0 as a multiple page, single .pdf by scanning the paper documents and importing them into MicroSoft WORD and converting it to .pdf (it was the only way I could think to do it)
I should re-scan the paper to a newer version and reduce the file size.
I'll look through my 3 ring binders for really old TSBs to see what else I can find.
