Well I got creative and "fixed" the light. The mounting for the bulb had been broken and melted so I built a holder out of a piece of ??? mounted the bulb and then sealed the broken area with a wurth 2 part epoxy so the moisture wouldn't burn the bulb out again.

I re installed the dash bulb integrity light and all is good.
