Hello - me again...
This should be a simple one but I've done a search and can't find the answer.
What model of Lucas Dizzy will my AJ6 have..?? I'm guessing a 45D6 but i'd like to know for certain.
Whilst the car's in bits (and i'm in the doghouse) I think i'll replace Dizzy Cap, Rotor, HT Leads, King lead and maybe the Coil.

Pretty sure you don't need the distributor model number to swap out the bits you're planning - you'd be better off getting the Jag part number which you can get here:

After a bit of digging and using the Jaguar Part numbers from the link you provided it looks like;

Distributor - DBC 2690 = Lucas 41990
Dizzy cap - JLM 150 = Lucas DDB 130 (supersedes Lucas 54403235)
Rotor arm - JLM 381 = Lucas DRB121 or QUINTON HAZELL: XR168 or INTERMOTOR 47651S or Facet 3812RS or MOTAQUIP LVRA355

As I found when looking for 14x Cylinder Head Bolts - searching on the Non-Jaguar part number usually finds cheaper prices...
