Hello fellow Jaguar forum members!

I thought i would just post a (very late) update on my xj40 evaporator problems. I bought my vdp to the jaguar dealer about a week ago and turns out it was just a clogged expansion valve and one of the blower fans were not working, so i got the expansion valve unclogged and a new blower put in. Works and cools great!

Sadly yesterday i turned on the AC in the car and it makes that hissing sound but does not blow cold air anymore. Should i bring it back to the dealer and just have them put in a new expansion valve? Or do you think something else could be causing the problem?
