Default fuel pump noise

Recently I'd replaced the fuel pump because the pump start make noise and the the engine stalls. I put a new Bosch external pump as the one it was there and a new filter. The thing is the new pump start making noise after 15 or 20 minutes ride and the engine tends to stall briefly in some instance. It could be possible the new one is defective too? Are another reliable replacement instead of Bosch ? Some advice please. I need to have peace of mind before taking the cat out for a ride.
Thanks.
Alberto

Alberto:
Sorry you've not yet received a reply on this question. I guess you've got us stumped! Have you tried anything new since posting?

If you had a symptom, replaced a part, and continue to have the exact same symptom, my guess is that the solution is to be found somewhere else. Although… what you report does sound like the "vapor lock" issue on the cars with the external fuel pump. (You didn't indicate which model year you have.) If so, I'm not sure if a simple change of pump remedies that situation. You'll want to do an archive search to see what others have done. I'm guessing that is pretty well documented.

Best of luck!
Scott
