hi guys,
does anyone know how you decide on the size of a new pivot pin spacer to replace the one taken out, as this one is damaged.. Sizes seem to go from3.905 to a range of about 8 sizes.
car is 1992 xj40 sov.

even when damaged, you should be able to use a micrometer or digital calipers in the remains to determine its thickness
