Default Jaguar as my first car, at the age of 10!

As you can probably tell by the title I am a car enthusiast.

I was looking for a classic MINI on eBay and came across a 1988 Jaguar Sovereign (non-runner) for £170, bid and won. Took it took the local mechanic and got it repaired for £150, which altogether is £320 It is a lovely car and near to showroom condition

Congrats. Jags aren't just for old people, even though that's what 90% of people will tell you. I hope it works well for you.

Comon, age 10? you're kidding right? Does that mean you're gonna let it sit at home until you can legally drive?

Usually, friends at school are like you can't drive or that Jags are for old people. But as I'm proof that Jags aren't only for old people. Unfortunately I just had my Jag fail the M.O.T. test and need to pay £250 to get it back on the road, however my mum will pay for that so I'm not really concerned about it.

So I'm assuming your parents will be driving this until you can?

Out of curiosity, when can you get your learners license over there?

Just make sure your parents keep driving it and do all the maintenance on it to get it back in top running condition. Then you will have a terrific car when you get your license.
