For an Item, that were prone to rust out quickly due to its location, there are very hard to come-by. Aftermarket parts mfg. did not take this in consideration. I live in a remote northern Ontario area and Jaguars are not a common sight on the road.
The Item is available from England, but by the time you exchange the currency and shipping cost, the part becomes expensive, especially for someone retired.

Just be careful where you shop - a lot of these used parts dealers are blasted crooks - both in England and the US.
I was looking for some clips that secure the door upholstery to the door, and some firm called JagOutlet & RoversOffRoad in the US wanted to sell me USED clips for $5.50 EACH, and they're available from Jaguar NEW for 0.18 pounds (29 cents) EACH.
So be careful - shop around...

If you really want to keep your jag alive you could always go to a decent body shop, this is just a support bracket. I'm sure they could fabricate something suitable for a price worth being able to keep your car. Just a thought, if your handy I'm reasonably sure you could come up with something after all it just supports the radiator, just be sure it is strong enough that the radiator does not move fore and aft. Give it a shot, seems as though you really don't want to give up on your cat yet,
Good Luck!

If your having trouble finding a Jaguar lower radiator support bracket, I suggest measuring the bottom of the radiator and finding one from a different car such as this one from a Mercedes Benz that is for sale on ebay....
Mercedes OEM Radiator Support Lower Bracket W210 | eBay
(Just my 2 cents, good luck)
