Proud new owner of a 1989 Jaguar XJ6!

Went through a car wash the other day and I lost the "end cap" for the side trim on the passenger side rear door, it kind of slid off the railing somehow. I would really like to replace that as soon as possible, but I cant find the part anywhere!
Also, definitely in the market for performance parts for my jaguar, anything that is going to make this car more of a beast!

And looking for options regarding audio as well. It looks like I need to replace all the door speakers and I would like a fancy new head unit as well.

Congratulations on acquiring your new Jaguar. I'm sorry to hear about the damage to the side trim. A great resource for beginning a parts search is the website of the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, jaguarclassicparts.com. There you can view parts diagrams and look up part numbers and learn whether the parts you need are still offered by Jaguar or are NLA (No Longer Available). NLA parts may be available from the top independent Jaguar parts specialists like our forum sponsors listed at the lower right edge of this page. If not, your best bet will be to find a good salvaged replacement. A lot of salvage yards list Jaguar parts on eBay. If you don't see the part you need, find a seller who is parting out a car similar to yours and send them a message to ask if they have what you need.

Note that many parts will fit all XJ40s made from 1988-1994, but there are plenty of other parts that are specific to 2 or 3 model years, so doing your homework at jaguarclassicparts.com will help you determine whether a part from a '93 will fit your '89.

If you'll post a photo showing where the part is missing, plus another photo of the correct part on the other side of the car, we'll try to help.
