The delay/intermittent function of my windshield wipers works but in a very erratic fashion. I want to replace the switch. I found a few on ebay for a 92 and a 93 XJ6 but the compatibility features states the switches will not work for my '91. In fact they indicate that they are year specific. I can't imagine this to be the case. I am thinking '88-'94 would all be interchangeable. Anyone have any thoughts? If I can find one at the man mall, I will certainly test my theory. On a side note related to the windshield wipers, the spray nozzles were shooting tight streams of fluid instead of a fan pattern. I installed the entire windshield cowling and "result", to borrow a phrase Edd China of Wheeler Dealers fame used to say. Also another windshield wiper related comment, I watched the movie "Flash of Genius" starring Greg Kinnear. Good movie about the inventor of the intermittent wiper control.
