1975 seriesII Air injection System
Question to all the Jag gurus out there.
The air injection system on my car was disconnected before I did the transplant. The air valve on the air pump has a 2 wire connector and a vacuum port(pic #1). The solenoid that is mounted on the passenger side fender valance connects from the air pump to the charcoal canister. This solenoid has two wires connected to it and a vacuum port(pic #2). On the intake manifold there is a Thermal vacuum switch with 4 ports (pic #3). Since this was disconnected before I started the project and the manual is very vague, does anyone out there have information or pictures of how the aforementioned three components are put together. Since I have put this engine in my 1984 jag which I said in an earlier post was electrically vandalized. I do not have the corresponding harness for the air pump. I need to know where I am going to source the electrical circuits to make it functional. Thanks
