84 XJ6 A/C system O-Rings
I am replacing my A/C compressor and Receiver/Dryer after failed clutch.
Can't confirm overhauled unit from Rock Auto and new dryer have seals needed. lots of general instructions: if metric use these bolts and nuts. Put in the correct type, viscosity and amount of oil. Can't find any source for correct o-ring part numbers or the sizes SAE or Metric. I don't want to start removals until I have correct O-Rings.
Any recent experience in this area would be helpful.

They are O rings for the GM A6 compressor. They are thicker than usual O rings.
I believe this is the ones: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...choice=0-0-1-1
They usually come in a domestic assortment of AC seals.

Reporting in: new A/C compressor in, with refrigerant pre-charge complete. My helper was engine lift, as body can't deal with all Jaguar small work spaces and the need for at least three hands.
Five small work session with body recovery needed between sessions. Bonus, found problem with Cruise Control vacuum leak, which also improved warm idle when sealed.
Thanks to forum members, I was willing to dive in, as recent experience is better than my memory of previous A/C projects.
Felt good to have nice test drive up the California coastline, with a car 1/2 my age.
Thanks Again
