Default Accelerator pedal.

My replacement pedal lasted exactly two summers of occasional use and has split at the hinge point.
Do any ot the usual suspects/suppliers have one that’s better than the rest, or do they all come out of the same unknown overseas source?
1977 XJC.

Thanks,
RichardinMaine

try www.everydayxj.com for a replacement, David the owner dismantles these cars and he might have an original.

Thanks, I did, and he stepped up. David is great source.
’m looking at the pedal now, wondering if there’s a way to reinforce the hinge point.

can you post pictures of the hinge issue ?
I have never had issues with the pedal in my 1984 XJ-6.
