Default BAS trim

Does anyone know how to get BAS trim in the USA respond to an email or answer a phone? Does anyone have a personal contact of anyone in the company that will respond to an email. I have rung and emailed but have never got through

I had exactly the same problem with the location in Vancouver and the US location. I bought a carpet kit which was perfect. Two years later I wanted a trunk liner kit but after multiple tries to both North Am locations I contacted BAS trim in the UK - asking if the other locations were shut cuz I was not getting any kind of response over several weeks.
Well holy **** if I didn't get an email response from the local shop the next day. Contact head office - that'll get results.

BTW if you read the bit about specifying SWB or LWB for carpet kits on the website - that was because the knuckle head locally cut my carpet for a LWB car after I very SPECIFICALLY said my car is a RHD SWB XJ. Wanted me to pay extra. Nope.

Top quality stuff though.

Bas has had that problem since the 1990's, it takes Bart sometimes months to reply, but he does respond, even if 3 months later.

I imagine they have many inquiries, they do not have a secretary, and everything falls on Bart who also runs the trim shop.

BTW: I think Bas is not in the USA, they are on the Canada side of Vancouver.
