Steve, I'm gonna say it has more to do with the time zones involved than Continental Drift.

Well, it seems there is "automotive reasoning" in Elinor's clever picture.
The two big SUV's represent one line of design. The "other" sedan mixes function and design, sorta. clever, but with maximum boot space in mind. Auto review folks comment on that.


And, Nix' s represents design flow with boot space considerations, secondary. Albeit, the twin tank thing was to use what is wasted space in many boot caverns.


It is in the 'breeding". Oh,. yean, preservation of the specie!!! Human and automotive....
