This fall I did some silicone Bronze TIG welding on very thin metal. Is what we call TIG welding with silicone Bronze the same as Bronze welding just the same thing with a British version? Like we say hood for what you call a bonnet? Or Spanner/wrench? Or is it still done with a gas torch?

The idea of completely re-wiring the whole car to fit the EFI has me pretending to want to keep it original. Someone once told me that the whole wiring loam weighed 142 pounds??? Yuk!
As for an over drive auto or manual transmission? Nah, The sedan seems like a luxury cruising kind of car, so a manual doesn’t fit that image. And the work it would take to buy and install an overdrive won’t be paid back. ( I’m 75) besides, I’ll have all the shifting I want to do on the race track.
