Default Fuel leak passenger side! ??

i filled my drivers side with one us gallon aprox 4.2 litres fuel kinda funny the engine size. and started the car for the first time in seven years it ran smoky probably set rings. But the big issue is after i shut the engine gosoline poured out of the pasenger quarter pannel raight next to the exehaust. Why?
i know the line does not leak because i used 1l of gasoline to fire the engine for 10 seconds of which it starved for fuel.

The passenger side tank was probably abandoned by a previous owner because it leaked.

Anyhow, you have a problem with the fuel changeover where it draws fuel from the left tank but returns it to the right tank....which is leaking

I'll post some info on checking the system
