I have a 1985 XJ6 Sovereign the front passengers head rest is as low as it can go, the drivers head rest is up about 80mm is there any way to adjust them? I cannot find any buttons, or pins around the head rest to push. It seems strange that they can't be adjusted.

Just pull/push ....'tis just friction that hold 'em in place. Takes some ooomph to move 'em. If they haven't been moved in years it might take quite a bit of ooomph.
