Default Looking for a supplier of Windlace in the America's please - RESOLVED

Looking for a supply of Windlace. This would be the fabric wrapped trim that goes up and down the either side of a 1985 Jaguar Series 3 B pillar?

Thank you.

Try these folks Larry, from the samples of upholstery/carpet material they've sent me, they have excellent products.

Thank you.

If you are wanting to replace these pieces because the black colouring has faded to near-white, you can save your money by simply buying a wide nib permanent black marker; just pull the furflex away from the B pillar metal, colour the bleached canvas surface and it is good for at least another decade. I have done this on multiple restorations - perfect solution.

Reply to LT1. UPH will only sell the entire kit. From A pillar to C pillar. And the B pillar.
Reply to Jose. I am going to call SNG Monday, I'm looking for the "U" shaped fabric covered product. By the pictures they show the foam tube with with the cloth glued around it and or the "U" shape with the rubber tube. How did they come up with so many different names for different parts?
Reply to Sov211. Worn thru to the metal, Well past the fabric. Was considering swapping it from side to side. Then I would only see it when I left instead of getting in.

Thank you.

there is a fourth wording for it:

Draught excluder. ( as opposed to draft ).
that is what Jaguar called it in the 1960's Shop Manuals.

Furflex might be a US brand name for it,
Windlace might be the American word for it.

if no luck finding it, then contact John Skinner Ltd. in UK. They have it.

sometimes the prices at SNG Barratt are lower than prices shown in the website, if you call them by phone.
