After not posting any unanswerable questions for a few days, I'm back!

I sent my injectors off to be rehabbed & tested. Half failed irrevocably, cannot be repaired.
Turns out they're as rare as hens teeth. (Whoopee!)

I took a photo of one as a reference, didn't realize I have a clear picture of a number who's last digit is obscured. And the last three digits

028 150 02X

are all important!

Anyone have the full number for this 'widebodied' injector?

Anyone have a likely source for these?

are the Series 2 XJ12 cylinder injectors different from XJ6 Series 3 injectors ??

Determined my far-away FI are part # 028 150 023. (Sure didn't LOOK like a 3).

Different numbers can be different performance (flow rates), or simply different method of top hose attachment. Barb vs clamp.

Haven't discovered why some early Jag injectors have a wide collar, most usually don't. A heat sink to protect FI coil in a hot V12 valley?

If your vehicle has the widebody FI, your injector retention clamp has a larger hole. Won't clamp standard size injector.
