Official car of portal to hell...
My daughter and I drive by this place for years! Never a car...human..anything
I sent her this pix of my car...."Jaguar! The official car of the creepy, Masonic portal to hell!"
She is now worried the guys in black suits will arrive at the house 😊
As far as I know...Free Masons do what they do in open and break no laws. I suspect the taxes are paid on the building and it seems well kept. They are free to associate as they wish, same goes for most people in a free society who join clubs, political parties, interest groups or social groups. We all are free to associate whomever we want so long as we brake no laws. That concept is fundamental to the American experiment. I believe the right to "Free Association" is a fundamental human right and that right comes with the responsibility to abide by law. Our founders felt the same way and wrote this into Bill of Rights as the First Amendment.

Apologies... very poor choice of words. My daughter is into ghost stories, creepy mansions and derelict buildings. We always just joke about how this building sits high on the hill, lit but never a soul about.
I will be more considerate in my posts in the future.

My Father was a freemason and so was one of my better bosses. He encouraged me to join but I'm too much of a hermit type and relate better to machines than people.
I think the photo is cool. A luxury car in front of formal architecture with mood lighting; add a guy in a tuxedo and an attractive redhead in a formal gown and you have an advertisement for Jaguar...

Buffaloes here. RAOB, it seems to me, was a drinking club at first, birthed in a pub. Also a bit of a Free Masons parody. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_...r_of_Buffaloes
Good fun that ended up being philanthropic. That medallion is 9k gold and weighs 30g, so they were no joke.

My grandfather was a mason.
He never spoke of it. We never really knew.
As a German by descent and nature, he was never flashy, was modest, appeared very staunch and intimidating but was a real teddy bear..etc.
He wore a ring. The only thing he wore other than wedding band.
Later when he was in the hospice care never to recover from surgery,
I recall my grandmother showing us it at home while I was caring for them, and she said ominously,
"If you are ever in trouble or need help, show "so and so...or these people" this ring.." or something to that effect.
Wish I could remember now.
Alas, when men had discretion, character, honor, and integrity. Believed in something and took it seriously.
What he would think of these times where people are choosing their sex, everyone is a victim, entitled, and people are being shot in masses, etc. I can't imagine.
He always carried a little pocket knife. that he would no longer be able to carry it or be accosted by security when taking a flight would go beyond reason to him.
..and breaks my heart the thought.
Nobody should outlive their own generation I realized.
But I digress..
