One window is dead
I knew the electrical would be the most difficult part of this build and it's proving me correct. I'm so thankful to have S57, but I've run out of logic on this one.
Three days ago I started on the window circuits and found only the drivers would work. I remove ALL the switches, plus the master and cleaned the contacts and put a dab of die-electric on them. They were really bad. I plugged them into the window and master connectors and now all the windows work as they should----except the front/right-rear(F/RR) switch won't make the window go. The R/RR switch operates the window fine, swapping switches from other working windows doesn't help. I have +12v on the RS wire of F/RR and ground at appropriate terminal and +12v follows correctly from F/RR to R/RR to motor pigtail. Voltage swaps appropriately from one heavy wire to the other when the F/RR switch is operated. I have verified ground on all black wires, I can hear the relay click, I have a good battery and I have studied the S57 until my head hurts.
I would appreciate the help of a clear eye and fresh mind on this one. Can anyone see the obvious thing I've overlooked, or be willing to share an obscure Jaguar trait that I haven't learned yet. I would appreciate any help.

Weird.
Have you carefully inspected the contacts inside the connector to the switch? Broken? Corroded? Don't grip the switch pins firmly?
That's all I can think of at the moment.
Cheers

There are two or three connectors that are not as tight as I'd like, but they operate fine with different switches. I will tweak them a little tomorrow and retest everything. Maybe the front passenger just doesn't need to operate the rear window, that's why we carry back seat passengers.
If I stumble on anything, Doug, I'll let you know. Thanks

Thanks for the tip, Jose. I had the switches and connectors out in clear view as I worked with them and I feel confident that one didn't indexed wrong. I am going to retest everything today and try to jumper around sections of the circuit. If nothing gets fixed today, it stays like it is, I don't see any Lucas smoke leaking out of anything.

Faint hope!!
Looks like you have done all the "easy" things. that usually works !!
The front passenger door window on my car has a hissy from time to time? And, I've mastered the switch out, clean in protocol..
But, at times, it just works fine. So, short of removing a door card and checking in there, it is live and let live... .

Carl, I just learned a lesson on these pin/socket connectors. The sockets can relax and spread a little over time and from being unplugged/replugged. Next time you're under the ski slope looking at switches, take your very small screw driver or small pick and go in along side the sockets and nudge them until the part-line closes up. Makes a world of difference.
