Is this the right wire connections XJ6 Series III

The small red light on my older series 3 which took me 5 years to fix were not working, later today I opened the door card and realized there wires were disconnected. I have tried to connect but would like to know if I have done the right connection linkage.

Yes the connection is correct, does the light, light?

Looks like the black wire has been cut. This should go to the switch in the door jamb. Look inside the door for the other end of the cut wire.
