Default series 2 bumper delete

Hello
After some opinions on deleting the bumpers on a series 2 what are the choices will it look good had the idea rolling around in my head for a while.

Would need a bodykit, maybe for/ from one of the later jags. Blend it in.
Still not as good as the original UK chrome bumpers though IMO.

If you look at the mark 2 I have included you can see what I'm getting at I think at the front you would have to get bumperettes made up to cover the bonnet hinges just a thought. Thanks for the replys

I would like to see it without bumpers. I was thinking the same thing. otherwise i'm going to modify the US ones.

It looks good, with the exception of the mounting horns that stick out (we just removed them from our project car & installed some lights into the tube) & the hinges for the hood.

I don't seem to have a good picture of the car without the bumpers, but we ended up putting the upper chrome cap back on & left the rubber crush pad off (of both front & rear bumpers) we also reinstalled the rear peripheral chrome bumper trim.

Those 2x little dots under the bumper cap (located below the inner headlights) are additional lights we installed into the mounting holes of the original crush bar.
