Hi does any one have experiance with SU HIF carburettors?
First off The second interconnecting hose (closer to the engine block) has a T junction is this an overflow? the bottom of the T is not connected to anything, it has been this way since i have owned the car. On start up the carburettors are pushing fuel out of here. I have removed the Hose and the fuel is coming from both carbs. My first thought was a blocked jet holding the pistons up. Or possibly a similar problem with the A.E.D unit ?? Any ideas before i pull the hole carb assembly off of the car..
