Steering fluid refill 1986 XJ6 Vaden Plas iii

I’m getting a loud squeak when turning.
where is the fluid refill located?

Under the plastic cap on top of the pump.

The cap has an integral dipstick.

A squeal is 90% a loose, or OLD, belt.

Those Saginaw pumps usually "groan" when needing fluid.
