Default help I mixed green steering wheel fluid with red fluid.

I checked the power steering wheel fluid it was low so I bought power steering fluid the when added the fluid I figured out its green I think I put around 200 ml of the green fluid. now I hear crisp sound when I turn the steering wheel to max direction

what to do? and what could happen?

Oh boy, you are very active lately.
If the green fluid you added was intended for PS than perhaps your full lock grinding have nothing to do with the addition. In any case drain and refill should do.

I'm unable to find any conclusive information about what prestone puts in there, moreso they manufacture few ps fluids branded as american/eu/asian cars etc.
Unless someone else here have an experience with those lubes and can confirm i would drain and refill with Dexron III ATF

Not your fault, they brand it as PS fluid but wont specify the details + having five different fluids without details for the same application makes a mental mess, i don't think it did any damage to the system, PS is very forgiving.

i hope nothing goes wrong with the ps system. will flush it soon and add ATF 3 .

weeks ago I saw ATF iii fluid but it had gear picture on it I was confused I thought it's only for transmission then bought the one with steering wheel picture but didn't know it's green.

I believe different brands and or colors may behave differently from each other
in relation to temp and physical change
same as cross mixing of engine oil's
for the sake of a few dollars and a painful time lost
peace of mine I'd change it.
I am sure it has done no damage
