Arrow trip computer/fan

can i get some help on this??

i unplugged trip computer to check if my spare worked. since reconnecting it, it resets every time i turn car off (have to re set clock)

as far as the fan goes...the fan in front of my radiator does not spin when engine is running..is this a problem?

my temp gage usually is either in the green at or a little past the 90 marker

Thinking back here, scary I know.

The trip computer resetting is "possibly" the inline fuse located (memory again) up on top of the unit. I say this due the fact that it sounds like it is losing it voltage that retains memory, just like a car stereo.

The fan in front is I think, and a/c auxillary fan, and a thermo overheat assist fan, so at the temps you mention it should not be working.

Others that are WAY more familiar with S3's will sort this I am sure.

'Tis the number 7 fuse (2 amp) in the main fuse box (left side) that provides constant power to the t/c for memory.

The aux fan should come on at 94ēC coolant temp

Cheers
