Default trouble removing the door panel in front interior

1989 xj6
So i feel like im missing a screw when trying to remove the door trim. Ive unscrewed the screw behind the door handle, and the two behind the wood grain, im able to remove the black panel above the leather arm rest, then i find two screws that connect the arm rest at the top and i unscrew those, but it wont budge after that. ive searched all over the trim and havent found any more screws that i could unscrew, am i missing something?

There are many plastic panel clips, use a tool near each to pop them out. Pry the panel off a little where "stuck" near the bottom to see one of them..

Isn't your 89 XJ6 an XJ40 series model ? If so, you will be better posting in that forum, as there are no doubt differences with the door panel fittings. However post a photo, and I'll take a guess at it !
