Can anyone tell me what thread A XJ series II uses for wheel nuts? Thanks

Memory again, 1/2" National Fine.

Also called UNF in some areas.

Jaguar typically used a closed nut with alloy wheels and open nut with steel wheels.

But, some of the 'closed' nuts were actually open nut with a bright stainless steel cap crimped on....and usually with a pre-installed washer.

What wheels are you using?

I was always told, it was a 20° pitch.

Steel chrome smoothies as a replacement for 15" lattice I was told I couldn't use the same nuts off the alloys does this sounds tight?
