Whats up here
I have dash instrumentation when I turn on the key. I have no dome lights or trunk lights and car will not attempt to roll the starter .
i have cleaned. clean all battery connections in the boot/trunk. and reset the computer......
it was running fine when I parked it a week before.does anyone have a suggestion and also a diagram /schematic for the trunk electrical PLEASE.

Welcome to the Forums.
When the beast sees the light, please do an Intro in the New Members Area.
Your 1996 XJ6 is known in Jag talk as an X300.
Jaguar used the XJ6 naming for 40+ years, and across many models.
You get used to it pretty soon.
A Moderator will see this and move it when the planets align, but a simple re-ask in the XJ6.XJR (X300) Tech Section will be quicker I reckon.
