Where does your Exhaust dump
I'm running my exhaust and using 2 1/4 pipe but I can't get the turn I need going through the differential without rubbing on the axels. I'm going to dump my exhaust out in front of the rear tires. Have any of you done this? do you see any negative issues with this? If you have done this, how does it look? Am I crazy to do this?

Not very Jag like exhaust
Have it run under the IRS, that way your larger size pipe will not make a difference... can even use round mufflers in the resonator holes in the rear instead of the oval ones I used that show a little. You can use any exhaust tips but the stainless curved ones from a S3 will keep the exhaust fumes out the car with the windows down... you have to neck down the last pipe to fit the smaller size Jaguar tips.
I did this on the '72 LT1/700R I used to own and am getting ready to do this to my current car. Lot of ways to mount the pipe but it ends up like a Corvette.
Second picture is another Jaguar with the exhaust under the IRS. It is the only way to go with a Lump using good sized pipe.. side exits for pipes are not a good choice... yes it is a crazy thought!
