I looked through the parts book but couldn't find the part number that I need. I'll do my best to describe it.

Like a lot of people the window switches (DAC2747) on my S3 are getting flaky. I'm having a lot of trouble getting them to work, and testing their function outside of the car is a pain. I am looking for socket that the switch fits into--a socket with a few inches of wire pigtail. With that I figure I can make a little tester so I can plug the switch in and easily see if it works while I'm still at my workbench.

I don't need a whole wiring harness section, just that socket. Unfortunately where I live, the junkyards don't get Jaguars so I can't go harvest one myself.

Does anyone have this for sale?

Thanks. I would but I'm sure what I would order. Do you know the part number for that harness?

I was hoping someone had a burned out or damaged harness, and cutting off the socket end would be a way to salvage it.
