I have a 1994 XJS and I am l looking for an upper blend door for the A/C heating system. The door is misshapen due to an overheated module. (This is what my mechanic claims). Could not get it from Jaguar, so here I am looking for a resource.

 

I have never seen those available as a separate piece, only as the complete heater box assembly. Best bet is getting one from another car, but that's a huge job to swap out.

 

You could probably cast a large net since those systems didn't change from 94-96.
They might even be the same in some earlier years.

 

Perhaps Ford used it on other car models?
