1995 Coupe Fuel Door
I have a 1995 XJS Coupe 4.0. A few days ago, I was gassing up and there was a significant amount of water behind the fuel door. I don't think any got into the tank, but it's still a concern.
Any advice on how to prevent this? A new fuel door? A seal of some sort? One of these parts?

Thanks!

Did you ream out the drain? Use a small gauge wire or a pressurized can of air. Look at the diagram you provided. The drain tube will get clogged at the Y junction due to debris from the boot drain. I used a small gauge wire to clear both tubes and also the tube of the right.
Thank you, MHF25. I knew I was missing something obvious. I started trying to ream out the drain with some wire. I'll work some more on that this weekend, and make sure both it and the boot drain are clear.
